By making a booking with me, you agree to accept and abide by the Terms & Conditions below:

POLICIES

No camera, mobile phones, and comcorders are allowed during any sessions.
In case of rain, severe weather, or personal emerency, we reserves the right to postpone and reschedule the session appointment.
Session Fees must be paid when booking to secure a session date and it is non-refundable.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Private online galleries are abailable for one week period. A surcharge of $500 applies for extra week.
Infinity love limited & Haze love photography reserves the right to use images for display, publication or other purposes.
For all orders payment is due in full at time of order. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days. By placing an order, you agree that you have fully read and understood all product descriptions as listed on our website.
All products are non-refundable, not exchangable, and cannot be canceled due to the custom nature of the products.
Please handle your prints/ usb with care. It is expected that our clients will back up his her own photos on their computers or other storage device. Infinity love limited & Haze Love Photography is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage/ loss arising form the use of our products in whatever form.
We do not release raw, unedited images, since these are not considered to be a finished product.
In the unlikely event of a lose, hardware failure, or theft of our equipment, we are not responsible for any images lost or stolen. We will give you a full refund in that case.
We know that things occur. We might give a 50% refund of the total session fee if we receive a doctor note declares that your newborn's physical condition is not suitable for a newborns photography session.
If you or your children are not feeling well, please give us 24 hours notice and we will try to reschedule your session to another day. But if no phone call is received, there might be a $800 fee charged in addition to your session fee.
You may reschedule your session once by providing us with a notice at least two days in advance. Reschduleing your Session for a second time will incur a $1000 fee.
For valuable consideration, you, the parent/legal guardian of the aforementioned Child(ren) grant us permission to use the images (in which you and/or your children appear) in any way, as means of promoting our business. You hereby release and discharge us from any and all claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the images, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assignees of Infinity Love Limited and Haze Love Photography.
By using photography service and placing orders with Infinity Love Limited and Haze Love Photography, you agree to the above.

LIABILITY WAIVER

You release Infinity Love Limited and Haze Love Photography and its staffs from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the Session.

COPYRIGHT

All images captured by Haze during sessions are copyrighted by photographer Haze Love Photography and Infinity Love Limited. Unless you have received a written permission from Haze or Infinity Love Limited, or else it is illegal to copy, scan, or reproduce in any way or any manner of all images.

You are not allowed to alter images that are given to you in any way, colour, shape, and form.

Your use of these images is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes, and you may not sell or assign these images to a third party.
