Delivery service is not available to P.O. Box address, restricted areas and outlying islands.

  1. Payment can be made through direct bank-in to our HSBC account. We will send you our Bank Account Number along with the invoice through email.

  2. To process with your order, please make full payment within 3 days after we have send out the invoice.

  3. We will begin to craft your unique diaper cake once we have received a copy of the payment receipt thought e-mail.

Conditions & Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) completely before using the website (www.infinitylove.com.hk) ( “Website”), which is owned and operated by Infinity Love Limited (“Company”). The use of the Website shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website in any way, viewing or browsing, you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and that you agree and accept to be bound by them.

  

1.GENERAL

1.1 In the Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meaning assigned to them herein below:

  1. “Customer”, “you”, and “Your” shall mean any person, company or body corporate, which use the Website and places order with the Company.

  2.  “Disclaimer and Notice” shall mean the disclaimer and notice applicable to the use or access to the Website (for details, please refer to the “Disclaimer and Notice”);

  3. “Price” shall mean the price of a Product in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), which is not including the delivery charges that may apply.

  4. “Hong Kong” shall mean the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China;

  5. “Privacy Policy” shall mean the policy of the Company related to the privacy of the Customers and visitors of the Website and the personal data that is collected in connection with the Website (for details, please refer to the “Privacy Policy”); and

  6. “Product(s)” shall mean the good for sale on the Website. 

 

2.Orders and Products

1.1 All Products sold by the Company via the Website shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. By placing an order (“Order”) of purchase under the Website and/ or using the Website, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

 

1.2 The Products shall either be delivered to the designated address in Hong Kong ( “Delivery Service”) or be picked-up at certain location in Causeway Bay ( “Self Pick-Up Service”)

 

1.3 Pictures and descriptions of Products shown on the Website are for reference only and are subject to modifications without prior notice. The Company makes no warranty that the description, price, and other details of the Products, including but not limited to, sizes, material, and colours of the Products are accurate, complete, current or error-free. The Customer shall not be entitled to return a Product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to the pictures and descriptions on the Website.

 

1.4 Subject to the availability, some out-of-stock Products might open for pre-order, and these Products is only available to be picked up or to be delivered following a specific minimum order period set by the Company for that Product.

1.5 The Company will acknowledge your Order shortly after it receives the Order you submitted (“Acknowledgement Email”). This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your Order and does not represent an acceptance of your Order. When your Order is accepted, an order confirmation email with tracking number and invoice (“Order Confirmation Email”) will be sent to you to confirm your order. Please ensure an accurate e-mail address is provided.

1.6 The Company reserves its right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, the product you ordered is out of stock, the product has withdrawn due to its failure to meet our quality standards, there are shipping restrictions applicable to the ordered items, or the delivery fee for shipping the good to the final confirmed address is not completely paid. Other reasons could be that we identify a pricing or product description error, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, or you do not meet the eligibility criteria to purchase from the Website. Our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order.

1.7 The Prices of the Products as listed on the Website are subject to changes without prior notice. All orders placed shall be subject to the acceptance of the Company at its absolute discretion as well as the stock availability of such Products.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

2.1 You are eligible to place order with us only if you meet the following conditions:

- Be in possession of a valid PayPal account.

- Providing personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate (email address, real name, phone number, billing information and other requested information as indicated on the Website)

2.2In placing an order with us, you authorize our Company to process a charge or charges on your credit/debit card or PayPal account in the amount of the total purchase price of your Order including delivery fee if applicable. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.

2.3All Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order Price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

2.4The Website is for your personal use only. You may not purchase goods from the Website for reselling purposes or commercial exploitation.

 

3. PAYMENT

3.1 The Prices for Products in the Website are in Hong Kong dollars.

 

3.2. When you place an Order, we will charge you and you agree to pay the Price of the Products and delivery charges will be additional to the price for the Product if applicable.

 

3.3 Payment for the Products ordered via the Website and payment for the delivery fee if applicable can be made using PayPal. By placing an order using PayPal, you confirm that the PayPal account used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it. If your card issuer or PayPal refuse to authorize payment to the Company, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

3.4 Customers shall treat the Order Confirmation Email as the invoice. The Company will not provide the Customer with the original invoice upon delivery or connection of the Products unless prior request if made to the Company through email.

 

4. PACKAGING

4.1 The Company reserves rights on how the orders will be packed.

 

4.2 The pictures in the Website showing the packages of the Products are for reference only. The Company reserves the right to modify or make alterations of the packaging without prior notice. Images of the sample packages on the Website may not correspond exactly to the actual packages delivered, including but not limited to sizes, colors, materials, and quality. 

5. DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS

5.1 Delivery Service is only available in certain area in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and it is not available to outlying islands and overseas destinations (for future details, please click here). The delivery hour shall be between the hours of 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday & 9am to 1pm on Saturday.  Delivery Service is not available on Sundays and public holidays. ( For more details, please refer to the delivery schedule here).

 

5.2 Delivery Service will be suspended if the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 ( or above) is hoisted in Hong Kong or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe in the sole discretion of the Company. The Company will contact the Customer to re-schedule the delivery date and time. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage affected the Customer for the unavoidable delay in delivery or collection.

 

5.3 For delivery order, the delivery address shall be the delivery address specified by the Customer at the time he/she places the Order. It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide accurate delivery address and to ensure there is someone to collect the Product at the date and within the delivery time slot selected by the Customer. If there is no one at the address given is competent to accept delivery of the Products during the selected time slots, the Company will endeavor to contact the Customer, or the Customer to contact the Company, to arrange for delivery at a different date and time. An additional delivery fee might apply for re-delivery of your Order. The Company reserves the right to withdraw delivery if the Customer failed to complete the cost of the re-delivery.  It is the Customer’s responsibility to contact the Company to make further arrangement for pick up service or reschedule for a new delivery date. 

5.4 The Company reserve the right to treat cases listed below as (“Give up order”)which shall mean the Customer gives up the ownership of the Product. The Company will not keep the Products and no refund will be provided:

i. For any reason, the Customer failed to pick up the Product on the scheduled date and time slots after have been rescheduling for  3 times.

ii. For any reason, no one at the address given is competent to accept delivery of the Products during the selected time slots and for any reason, the Company received no response from the Customer to make further arrangement of alternative delivery date within two weeks after a notification email has sent from the Company.

iii. Customer failed to make a payment for additional delivery fee caused by change of delivery zone or re-delivery due to the Customer failed to pick up the Product or to have someone receive the Product as scheduled.

iv. For pick up order for hospital, the Customer did not contact the Company to arrange an date and time to pick up the cake 2 months after the expected delivery date that was given as information to the Company by the Customer.

 

 

5.5 The Company does not take any responsibility for any delays, re-scheduling or non-delivery of the Products in the delivery process. Please allow on average 7 working days for regular available Products in the Website to be ready to pick up or to be delivered once an order has been verified and paid in full including both the Products and postal delivery fee. Over bank holidays and other public holidays, delivery may unfortunately be delayed. The above do not apply to pre-order or out-of-stock Orders. 

5.6 Upon receipt of the Product, we require you to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or the collector is not you, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept that the signature by recipient is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your Order by the Company. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.

 

5.7 For Pick Up Service , you are responsible to collect the Products at the designated pick-up Location which specified here within the scheduled date and time slot specified by the Customer at the time he/she places the Order. The Company reserves the right not to wait for any late pick- up at the Pick-up Location. The Customer is responsible for contacting the Company to reschedule a new pick up time on the next available date if you cannot pick up the product at the scheduled date or time. The Company will treat that as Give Up Order if no rescheduling can be made within the two weeks after the first scheduled pick up date.

 

5.8 The Company will send you the order number through our Order Confirmation Email in order for you to be able to pick up the Product (“Order Confirmation Number”). When you pick up the Product, you are required to provide the staff of our Company with the Order Confirmation Number and proof of your identity as that allows us to ensure other people will not pick up your Product.  Our Company reserves the right not to give you the Product if the correct Order Confirmation Number and proof of your identity cannot be provided.

5.9 For delivery order to hospital, you are required to report to the Company on the first day that the baby has arrived, to provide the Company with the most updated delivery information such as name of the hospital, address, name of the mother, and the room number, and to settle the different of charge through Paypal immediately if the delivery fee goes up due to change of district of the delivery location. The Company is not responsible to any delay on delivery to the hospital if you fail to do the above on the first day of the arrival of the baby.  Your order will be delivered to the given address within the next two working days once we have received your call, most updated information, and additional delivery fee if applicable. The Company will not do any refund if the delivery fee went down due to change of delivery district.

 

5.10 We do not accept any address change, delivery date, or time change two working days before the original set delivery date if the Product has already sent out. Additional delivery fee might apply for re-delivery or change of delivery address for any reason.

6. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

6.1 Once the transaction is completed, the Customer may not cancel the Order and all Products may not be refunded.

 

6.2 The Customer is requested to examine the Products immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Only malfunction electronic Products may be exchanged within 3 days of the delivery of the Product. If you feel that you have received a defective electronic Product, please send an email to enquiry@infinitylove.com.hk and include your Order Confirmation Number, a photograph and the product description of such defective electronic Product within 3 days after the delivery of the Product. If the Company confirms that it is a defective electronic Product, it will send you a confirmation email and deliver a new Product to you within 7 days after it has sent out the confirmation email, with free delivery. The Company reserves the right to request you to return the defective electronic Product at the sole costs of the Company. The Company at its sole discretion may decline any claims for defective electronic Product not lodged within the prescribed period.

 

6.3 Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order.

 

6.4In case of dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.

 

 

7. TITLE, RISK, & Force Majeure

7.1 All risks in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of Products via the Delivery Service or the Pick Up Service.

7.2 The Company shall retain the title of the Products until the full payment has been received by it.

 

7.3 The Company shall not be liable for or be deemed to be in breach of thee Terms and Conditions for any delay or failure of its performance caused by or arising from the acts of God, fire, flood, accident, war, riot, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failure or other causes beyond the control of the Company.

 

7.4 The Customer or the receiver of the Product are responsible for the use of the Product and should look after their infants or child carefully when using the Products. Decorations and the packaging materials are not intentionally for infants or child to use or to play with and should be kept away from them.  The Company shall not be liable for any injury, lost, or damage caused related to the Products. 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Under the protection by the intellectual property and copyright laws and international treaty provisions, all software and Content (which includes, any image, logo, design, audio or music, text, video, and photographs) are the intellectual property of the Company; and you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell or license any Content within the Website without prior authorization of the Company. The Website is for Your personal and non-commercial use only. Any such unauthorized actions may result in civil consequences or penalties.

 

8.2The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend any item of the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time and for any period.

 

9. Information on the Website

9.1 The Website contains links to internet websites maintained and owned by third parties. These links are provided soely as a convenience to Customer. These links are not under the control of the Company and the Company is not responsible for the contents of any linked website which include, but not limit to the accuracy, completeness or suitability for the intended use of the Customers. The Company does not endorse or promote any information on those linked sites of any associated organization, product, or services.

 

 

9.2 The Company does not warrant or represent the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information on the Site. All information in the Website is not intended to constitute professional advice. Customers should make their own enquiries to check if the information on the Website is accurate and suitable for their intended use. The Website may contain information that includes, but not limit to, recommendations, ideas, and views of others that are not represent the views of the Company.

10. VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10.1 The Company reserves the right to vary or amend any of the Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to the Customers.

 

10.2 The Customer is advised and reminded to visit the Website and review the Terms and Conditions prior to placing any order for purchase. Once the order is placed, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the most current Terms and Conditions adopted at that time.

 

11. GENERAL

11.1 If any provision of the Terms and conditions shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such provision shall be divisible from the Terms and Conditions and shall be deemed to be deleted from the Terms and Conditions without affecting the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

 

11.2 No forbearance, delay or indulgence by the Company in taking actions or enforcing the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prejudice or restrict the rights of the Company nor shall any waiver or partial waiver of any provision hereof or waiver of a breach of any provision constitute a waiver in any other provision or of any future breach or breach of any other provision or operate as a continuing waiver.

 

 

12. GOVERNING LAW

12.1 The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and both the Company and the Customer agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

 

12.2 In the case of any discrepancy between the English versions and any other translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  1. To provide you with information we think you may find useful including information about our products and services, provided you have indicated that you have not objected to being contacted for these purposes.

  1. You also agree that the Company may disclose and transfer the personal information supplied by you to third party service provides as follow:
